So You’ve Booked An Appointment with Attorney Heather. What if You Need to Reschedule, Cancel, or Postpone?

Case Evaluation Cancellation/Postponement policies:

We get it. Life gets in the way sometimes. Here’s how we look at it – Your initial case evaluation is free of charge if you follow the following policy – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved appointment time will not be rescheduled without a fee as Attorney Heather has reserved this time in her schedule specifically for you and has postponed others’ time slots to keep yours.  Our staff will reschedule your appointment if you need to postpone one time without charge if you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your initial case evaluation. A second rescheduling will incur a fee of $250.

Follow up/2nd Case Evaluation Appointments:

Sometimes, you’re just not ready to get started after the first case evaluation. If you want a follow up case evaluation due to changed circumstances or to speak with the Attorney again, there is a fee for a follow up (second) case evaluation appointment (since your first consultation was free) with Attorney Heather is $575.
